Our latest tenant spotlight is devoted to Clear Business Outcome who are based at St Peter’s Gate business centre, operating from their riverside view office.
Clear Business Outcome are an Epicor Premier Partner with the highest level of accreditation possible, providing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for a range of businesses. But what exactly does ERP entail?
“For the uninitiated, ERP is a type of software that connects departments, shares data and automates tasks for businesses”, says Adam Thompson, Clear Business Outcome’s Marketing Executive. “Our job is to deliver it so our customers can reduce inefficiencies and grow in a challenging marketplace.”
Established in 2010, Clear Business Outcome has grown to consist of around 30 experts who tackle everything from consulting, project management, sales and support. Together, they can now claim to be the largest Epicor partner outside of the United States with over 350 years of combined industry experience.
Their first tenant experience with the University of Sunderland came in 2018. However, by the following year they needed more space and so they found St Peter’s Gate, in the largest space we had to offer.
“St Peter’s Gate has been a fantastic base for our Support Team”, says Adam. “The river view is always a showstopper to our visitors and potential customers.”
“With technologies changing all the time, we are gearing up for a number of projects aimed to bring our customers to the cutting edge of their respective industries – and we’re sure that St Peter’s Gate will continue to be a part of our mission well into the future.”
